Living in Dajarville

Welcome GON Members and other Mincrafters.

This forum is to find out about the general rules about Living in Dajarville.

Dajarville is a little suburban housing community estate that I have been building/built in GONTOWN on the server, its tucked away up the back near the Blaze spawner exp farm which I also built for the GONTOWN residents. Each house is completely built different and has its own colour theme, no two houses are the same there are 15 houses as of this post but land is running out fast so not sure how many more I can do in the area.

Each house is fully decorated with paintings and other decorative items including bedrooms with beds and chests, lounge/reading area, dinning area with chairs and table for eating, kitchens with a furnace/ bench tops for cooking/ sink/ and a fake white fridge (Giblet1 showed me the fridge), and there's a work bench somewhere in the house, likely in the kitchen with most of houses

RULES

1. Read all the Rules carefully

2. You DO not own the house. you live there that is it.( all Houses in Dajarville are built and owned by dajar1)

3. Do not grief the house you live in or any other house in Dajarville. (an admin will most likely ban you as its against rules to grief on the server any way)

4. If don't obey my set rules. I may evict you from the house, I will allow you to remove your items then I will remove your permission on that lot) so don't break the rules kids, excuses wont matter I will have the final word.

5. I will have access rights to build/change/fix anything on each lot.

6. Don't change the outside of the house without my consent and approval. (Would have to be small and decorative or extremely good if its a major change)

7. All houses must have grass (path allowed)

8. Don't change the interior walls, or decorative features with out my consent or approval. (You are allowed to change the paintings to different one's for personal taste, NOTE: most paintings are covering Glowstone)

9. You are allowed to build a basement under your house if it does not have one, it is aloud to be bigger then the house but not passed your lot size, NOTE: There is water under each house as GONTOWN is built over a ocean biome.(If you ask very nicely I willd help you)

9.9. building a basement is a custom choice you do it your way. (Since the houses are all ready full it will be good for extra storage and farming.)

10. FARMING: since this is meant to be a suburban housing estate only, I will allow a small wheat farm of 6 tiles, or 3 wheat and 1 pumpkin 1 melon is aloud on the surface level but is frowned upon. If you would like a bigger farm then I recommend building a basement if the house does not have one, and make a big farm in there.

11. If you would like to live in Dajarville. Read applying for a lease After Rule Section

12. If you would like to move houses, Let me know in game dajar1 or on the forums dajar1 for re zoning of land

13. be friendly to your fellow neighbours

Applying For a Lease

If you wish to live in one of my houses you must have read all the rules and mentally accept and respect my rules and send me a message in game or on the forums, and ask nicely or I wont give u a house to stay in.

Sorry about the strict rules of Dajarville But I have put many many hours into building these houses for people to live in, I just don't want my vision of Dajarville to change from what I had planned. You have to understand and see where I'm coming from. thank you all for reading all of this and I hope to see you living in Dajarville soon.

I might have strict rules. But I have put heaps of time in making these places I don't want them changed or wrecked. Yeah I guess I'm kinda trying to act like a real estate agent or something. I will post a screenshot of the villa soon, and I hope you guys will see why my rules are strict.

The real question is why?

Why would someone choose to live in your village when they can build their own?

Well its completely up to them if they would like to live there or not, it was more built as community project for a safe storage place, a permanent home or just a starter homer before they make there own house in GONTOWN or close by. Its also very close to my EXP Blaze farm I built for GONTOWN members and also very close to Hydra's Mob Grinding farm. So that's my reasons for WHY would people want to live in my villa.

and I'm Not really asking for people to live its just there as an offer so if I don't get any more residents then I already have well that's all I will have then, it doesn't bother me.
