Hacker Ruining the fun. TDM/FFA servers

Last night and early into the morning there was a player clearly using an aimbot on the GON team deathmatch and free for all servers whilst spamming his microphone with music and spamming the chat. Since I am pretty sure I am not allowed to say the name, and I already reported him I won't bother, but this guy was so blatant about it. 99 percent of kills were headshots with an SMG and he went 52-0 and more on some games.

He followed everyone as they got sick of it and left and just kept it up all night, I just ended up giving up playing some good COD on GON for the night and went and did other things.

Rather upsetting that people can just get away with this so easily. Anyone who was in the servers last night will know who I am talking about.

He won't getting away with it so easily. You've reported him and it looks like (If he's found guilty) he'll have a permanent holiday from GON servers. Hope he enjoys it

I don't play black ops so I don't no what the set up is on this game but if some one is hacking and not playing by the rules of GON and you must have the pic or video to back it up;
Admin must have the evidence to back it up not just on he say.

Yes if it is a legitimate complaint.

You must have the players ID number and tag name as well.

He may just be a very good player off the game; Or he just may be a hacker as you say and then he or she will never play on this server again.

A lot of the cod admins have their personal xfire and steam accounts public. Feel free to add us. Use IRC to call an admin and as Wayne said, the best thing to do is to report it.

It might take a little time to get a response from a report however you can be assured that we are taking action. Often we'll need to do research or collect further evidence so some cases can take a week or more to close. Defiantly, I cannot stress the point enough, Report trouble makers, ban them right in their stupid face!

There is little doubt this guy was hacking when on replays you could quite easily see his aim snap to someone behind him, just behind a barrier or wall and shoot though it to kill them with a headshot.

Anyways, I have added some of the COD admins on steam so that I can grab an admin. I will get on irc as well, should help.

Well apart from MW2 which I didnt buy.
Cod BO is most hacked game I have ever bought, anyone that says Punkbuster is **** has never played with VAC.

Almost 1 a day on average...3 just today including a guy going 155/13 and swears it was legit.

With some of the kill streaks, you can't really say high ratios = hacks. You need to look at behaviour more than ratio.

Don't Cheat
People who cheat in online games are only cheating themselves. All cheating will get you is a permanent ban from the Games On Net network, no questions asked. Correspondence will seldom be entered into on this subject - just don't do it!

But all so remember there are some very good players as well so be careful who you are calling a hacker because some of them play 24/7 and they are good.

l have been playing a fair bit lately & have noticed a few blatant cheaters,no doubt.One guy seemed to actually enjoy it & he wasn't trying to hide it.
Don't know what type of person gets their kicks out of cheating,must have very low self esteem.

I've only ever encountered two plays in Black Op's that I'm sure were cheating, one was simply unkillable and kept running around knifing people. No matter how many times you shot him, or with what, he was invulnerable.

The other was a 'sniper' in Nuketown that was getting headshots on everyone, without fail.

Yeah I don't see the point.
A well known hack has binded about 6 or so quotes to repeat over and over again when someone has a go at him, I "wonder" who I am talking about.

only losers cheat most of them use aim bots not for the kill streak but to upset the game play of everyone playing that's how i see them.Every player that summits a demo of a hacker will be seen and replied to as soon as we can .

We are still improving our tools to remove these hackers asap so with your help this just might remove them faster.

Now as I have said I don't play this game.

But what I do no is having a running paper with a list of players you no that are members of GON and stay with them as we did in BF2 that way you no who is who.

The hackers are going to be weeded out this is a new game and it will settle down.
Other servers are having problems as well.

As I said in my first post get all the information and report it;

And don't get in a heated argument in the game it just make it uncomfortable for other players that are playing;
And it just may get you banned as well and that is not worth it is it.
