I just noticed iRacing has this $12 for 3 months trial at the moment.

Considering other games for my G27, I am 52% of the way through GT5 now. And the iRacing guys on this forum sure are loud and proud lol, its like they have found jesus and are door knocking.

However my PC gets a 45ms lag over DVI-HDMI to my TV, I can feel it in the mouse, and I compensate for it with video playback. Does anyone know how to fix this? I hear it might just be that my DVI isn't HDMI 1.3 compliant, obviously my PS3 does not get this. 40" TV trumps my 24" PC monitor...

How did you fix your TV?

I used to have my tv connect through a DVI to HDMI converter, connected to an elcheapo 10m HDMI cable. Come to think of it there may have been a small lag (at the time i just thought it was standard input lag.) only very minor though.

Yeah, Game Mode made it magical! Just like a giant PC monitor. I thought it was on already, the day I came and posted this, but it was disabled. It also re-sparked the ongoing relationship I have with my TV probably my best purchase this year
