Pretty much. It would be cool to queue up sessions, so u could get a warning that a race is about to start while ur in an open session, rather than having to 'test on track'

Infineon is a challenge! I learn't it quicker than I expected but just finished my first race. Hard to overtake. I started 9th and finished 6th. Didn't overtake anyone, just errors up front. One incident off track, other than that it was quite tiring! Although I lost grip of tyres about half way through the race using baseline setup. Was hard to get through the 4th gear chicanes after losing grip. Good fun!

Hell yeah, it's a **** of a track! I signed up for a race last night, saw it changed... withdrew and then practiced for an hour.

Second race started 11th finished 6th. Quite happy with that. Overtook 2 people, both involving contacts though. Will try put a video together soon of it. First overtake was contact x4, I went deep into the hairpin, held my line and she kept pushing me out and out with contact. I jolted my wheel my accident when shifting out of the hairpin and it nudged back into her forcing her on 2 wheels into the wall. The replay makes it look so intentional! But at the end I looked through text chat and realised she apologised and knew she was in the wrong which was nice!

3/4 of the race later I was holding off a guy who was evenly matched with me. I was quicker on the first half of the track and he caught up on the second half. Was a decent race. Was lucky to get away with minimal damage from the two contact incidents though.

Did my last race for Infineon tonight, finished 5th. My tyres grind to nothing on that track!

Road America tomorrow!

Had a couple laps practice on my own just now, LONG track. Never driven it before. Got a sloppy 2:50 heh. Anyone know what a decent time is for this track & car? I suspect it would be around 2:40ish ?

How can you not have raced such an iconic track?

Too much nub, not enough cake.

Havent been on much last two weeks as been a bit busy, but just had a quick try at this combo, love this track in the V8 Supercar too! My best seemed to be around 2:33 at moment, without much experience in the mustang .. fast guys on while i was trying were doing 2:31 ..33 seemed about average though.

Gonna try and give the mustang so well deserved track time this week!

oh whoops, i wrote 1.33 but meant 2.33 ... but im guessing you realised my mistake there lol.

Im surprised at just how much faster the v8supercar is .. a good 20 secs per lap faster at this track.

had two races on this track tonight. First one i started from the back of the grid because i didn't qualify and got up to around 9th position just passing all the wrecks. Then i realised i didn't have enough fuel to make it to the end of the race... fuuuuuuuuuu... pit stop cost me about 3 positions and I ended up last of the finishers :(

next race there was about 10 registered but when we got in it was only me and this other dude.
Still had a good race though as one would just slow down if someone made a mistake. Was good hard racing with both of us rarely over a second apart. Were managing consistent 2.33 ishs.

Really like this track (thought i wouldn't.) Good mix of sweeping bends and tight turns. I have a feeling its only a matter of time until I see a massive stack on turn one following the 200kph straight. Hopefully I'll be behind the carnage :D

I haven't raced the Mustang yet - have spent the last few weeks trying to learn how to drive her before I start crashing into people online. I did actually try one race on Infineon - but the server crashed half way through! First time that's happened to me...
