Played for 5 hours last night. This morning it won't run. Steam says it needs a 2gig patch, which it isn't downloading.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know a work around?

The patch probably isn't 2gb
My games do that as well in the update, eg TF2 or CSS or something will say 4gb or something before I start it then when it starts downloading it might say something like 3.9gb out of 4gb complete.

Make sure Steamwatch/Freys Filter are off so you can download the update

I have found that if I restart steam client I can get another 5MB each time. Lets hope you are right, because I will be here all week if it is big.

Yup verified. Up to 650MB of 2000MB. Looks like a complete rebuild of the game. I am hopeing it is more content, but nothing was announced.
