Yeah, there's only really GameArena servers at the moment, and they're always full. Need some Games.on.net servers up.

so nothing is going to happen before 9am monday is it? game arena isn't running the abusement park maps and i doubt i can solo normal on that map for my Mr Foster unlock

i'd really like to get the 3fl servers back the server list on this site has about 20 servers all of which must have been sitting idle for the last month. i'd hate for the admins to mistakenly think its a lack of interest in the game and shut them down

Cheers Cozi, hopefully they hop to right away because I really want to get in and show off my DLC that set me back LOADSOFMONEY! Also, something I've been meaning to suggest for quite some time: GoN should switch it's servers that are set to medium length to long [ie: all servers should be on long]. The 3FL servers are good for this because there are so many and they're all on long [At least, from memory all or most are - plus they've servers for all difficulties]. There isn't much point playing anything but long in KF because map achievements only unlock on that length. Besides that, there isn't any penalty for leaving before the game ends, provided you leave before a wave spawns [if you leave after that it just leave the rest more zeds to take on].

I think a mix of med/long/short would be the best, but with the (vast) majority of servers in long. Also according to tripwire:

GoN servers are back but with only 7 running they haven't made getting on any easier. just another 7 full servers

we really need those 20+ 3FL servers back up.

I have raised the 3FL killing floor server issue and this should be resolved soon.

As for the game modes I will look into these later in the week.

No sooner are the GoN servers up than Tripwire patch the game again and all the Aussie servers disappear. Curse them and their studious game development!

GoN is up as are insomniax. no-one else of note though. 12 servers for the whole of aus really doesn't work too well. Valves new Byte update system thing-ga-majig is more trouble than its worth
