HAWK 2 - Not Downloading

Has anyone heard of issues with HAWK 2 not downloading since the steam sales due to server overload or not such a high demand for servers with HAWK 2 on it?

I have been waiting three days and so far it's downloaded 2%

MAFIA II downloaded at full speed, but HAWK is just taking it's sweet **** time

Turn off your steam filters and restart steam

I did have steam watch running but i have stop and restarted steam without steam watch..

The only one thing I haven't done is reboot my computer but I have a feeling that won't help.

I'll give that a shot tonight.

I'm trying to download Knights Of The Old Republic with no filters on and it doesn't even want to download. It starts off for 3-4 seconds then drops down 0Kb/s. I'm confused as this has never happened to me.

Yep same thing is happening to me to with HAWK2

Well I decided to crank some testing.

In my processors i had Steam Watch running in the background.... even though i closed it.

Closed steam reopened still got the same problem.

Paused the download and then resumed the download and it started working again.
