Hey everyone another new version of my mod this one adds in new buildings to use early game resorces and adds in a palace building system.

Version 4: Stable.

Imperial Palace:
50% Production in Capital City. (Fixes Capital City Railroad construction bonus)
Imperial GuildHall:
1 Gold per 2 Population (Fixes Capital City trade bonus, designed to scale to 1.1 with all gold bonus bulidings.
Imperial Gardens:
+6 Culture and +25% Great People in Capital City.

Autobahn:
+4 Hammers Maint 4 Gold, +1Gold per 4 pop(strat: build in big cities to offset costs)
Racing Carnival:
+4 Happiness and +4 Culture. 4 Maint, 4 gold from horses(Strat: build in cities with horses to offset costs)
Police Station:
+3 Happiness +5 Defense 3 Maint(Build on front line cities when at war to reduce unhappiness)

Wealth +25% Gold
Farms on Freshwater give additional +1 Food
+1 Production for mines at Engineering Tech
Watermill +1 Food on floodplains
Floating Gardens +1 Food on floodplains
Floating Gardens Maintenance: 0Gold (was 1)
Granary +1Food from DEER COW SHEEP BANANA WHEAT (was 0)
Granary +1Food oasis.
Landmark +1Food (was 0)
Citadel +1 Production (was 0)
Citadel +1 Gold (was 0)
Academy 7 Science (was 5)
Customs House 6 Gold (was 4)
Manufactory 5 Production (was 3)
Courthouse Maintenance: 3Gold(Was 5Gold)
Courthouse Construction Cost: 150Hammers(Was 200)
Colosseum Maintenance: 4Gold(Was 3Gold)
Theatre Happiness: 5Smiles(Was 4)
Stadium Happiness: 6Smiles(Was 4)
Babylonian Walls Maintenance: 0Gold(Was 1Gold)
Castle Defense: 10(Was 7.5)
Military Base Defense: 15(Was 12)
Maghul Fort Defense: 12(Was 9)
Medical Lab Maintenance: 2Gold(Was 3)
Military Academy Requires Armory(Was Barracks)
Military Academy: +30XP
Workshop Hammer Bonus: +2Hammers(Was 0)
Longhouse Hammer Bonus: +2Hammers(Was 0)
Harbor Sea Tile Bonus: +1Gold Per Tile(Was 0)
Watermill Maintenance: 1Gold(Was 2)
Lighthouse: +1 Food from fish and whales
Hospital: +2 Food
Medical Lab: +2 Food
Windmill: +2 Hammers
Forge: +2 Hammers
Stock Exchange: Cost 400 Hammers(was 650)

Updated with latest patch.

The wealth changes have been removed as that was officially patched.
Imperial guild Halls and police stations buffed
markets now give extra gold from food resources.
