Hey everyone another new version of my mod this one adds in new buildings to use early game resorces and adds in a palace building system.

50% Production in Capital City. (Fixes Capital City Railroad construction bonus)
Imperial GuildHall:
1 Gold per 2 Population (Fixes Capital City trade bonus, designed to scale to 1.1 with all gold bonus bulidings.
Imperial Gardens:
+6 Culture and +25% Great People in Capital City.
Autobahn:
+4 Hammers Maint 4 Gold, +1Gold per 4 pop(strat: build in big cities to offset costs)
Racing Carnival:
+4 Happiness and +4 Culture. 4 Maint, 4 gold from horses(Strat: build in cities with horses to offset costs)
Police Station:
+3 Happiness +5 Defense 3 Maint(Build on front line cities when at war to reduce unhappiness)
Wealth +25% Gold
Farms on Freshwater give additional +1 Food
+1 Production for mines at Engineering Tech
