Sadly not, according to IGN
IGN wrote:...Kelly Chambers... will appear in cameos in Mass Effect 3 with altered dialogue if you romanced them in Mass Effect 2.

That doesn't discount it. :P

That site says the same for Miranda and Jacob, and Bioware have pretty much confirmed they're romanceable again.

Bioware have also confirmed that you can romance characters not part of your squad this time.

My plans at the moment are to hold off buying ME3 until I can get my hands on a "goty" edition of ME2. Not participating in EA's wierd method of buying dlc for ME2 but I'd still quite like to play that content.
I figure one hasn't come out yet because they're still cashing in on people buying the DLC in the lead-up to ME3, once ME3 sales start flagging is when I reckon we'll see the goty ME2.

They did a ME2 goty for PS3, it's still possible they might do an Ultimate edition for PC like they did with Dragon Age i suppose. The only ME2 DLC worth buying imo is Shadow Broker and Kasumi though.

Fix the animation, the water, get rid of the stupid kid nobody likes, and then make the Reapers kill James Vegas, and the demo is pretty much perfect.

I concerned in the multiplayer part that there seems to be no way to filter games by ping.
I get put into a lot of games where the lag is bad but one in particular was a russian host and the lag was so bad that I eventually fell through the world and had to exit the game since even when the next round started I didn't get my screen refreshed from falling through the world.

Is it really so hard to tack a half decent multiplayer game browser onto a game these days?

You know, that dumb kid in the vents. My problem is that he didn't seem to like/trust Shepard so I didn't really like him or care about him. Therefore the amazing scene at the end sucked because I didn't care about him dying.

I thought it was good!

It showed how a lack of courage can get you killed. You can read that in other ways other than heartstring pulling.

Preloading is now available.

I wonder if it will be GON-hostable like the demo was...

Went to pre-purchase Collectors Edition today for Xbox360... too late sold out :(

First time I have been able to get to Ebgames this year. Could only find JB Hifi and EBGames with CE stock. Anyone seen it else where?

yes, I leave things to the last minute. Living on the bleeding edge!

That would be silly of them. They're not going to provide their game for free over the public internet.
