OpenArena - Server up!

Hey,

I've been getting back into this a bit lately, it's good old school fun. I set up a very bare bones server today which will no doubt need some tweaking, but it's a start:

I'm not sure how long it will remain up at this stage, we'll see how you guys react and see if it remains busy. I've set it to have 10 (or less) bots to keep things interesting.

There might be only one map in the rotation currently. I'll fix that soon

could we please have bot_minplayers on 2.. twelve is to many. It's good to have 2 so when one real player connects they have a bot to play with, but when another real person connects, the second bot gets kicked and there are two real people in there

It is bad having 5 people in there and 7 other bots.
