We should make this a weekly thing imo - on a fri/sat. We could even make teams and maybe even a tournament or something similar, and manage it all here on the forum. Not a serious tournament just weekly matches, team against team.

No it's not, reading Musti's post it is a better idea to organise it for a Friday or saturday night. I honestly think around the 8pm mark CST since I don't have work then and I'm sure that no one else is doing much also.. So if its cool with anyone else, we better make a set date before the day comes around..
