Change in server location broken proxy?

During the maintenance last night the servers for Aion were moved, now I cannot connect to the game via the Internode proxy. Has this change in location broken the service?

If so, could it be fixed?

Any update on this? Some parts of the game are impossible to play without the gateway working.

I hope someone is looking at this - I have done just about everything bar a full re-install and i would be quite unhappy if it's only because of the gateway

I couldnt log this morning after the maintenance after trying everything as per the Aion forums and then tech support, nothing worked.

I decided to do a quick test with LowerPing and I've had no problems with logging and lag so it does seem the gateway is broken now

I didn't want to resub to lower ping as I usually dual box and it sucks to have to pay twice the sub since they made changes their end.

Does it normally take long for someone to re-program it? I just subbed a new account

can someone look at the proxy and fix please for aion. since server update it no longer works. i think they changed the location of the server from what i have read on aion forums?

Apparently the IP is now 64.25.35.103.

Sooo laggy without it.

I've spent most of my play time hidden away in theo since the move. I've found my lag is minimal there. Sanctum is torture but I haven't dc-ed there yet, the abyss though is completely unplayable.

I hope this can be fixed in time for the weekend so I can get to forts.

Anyone know who might be the most appropriate person/department to contact regarding this. Forum posts seem to have caught no attention from those who can fix it, maybe it might be best if we could get contact someone more directly involved.

Unfortunately internodes support doesn't lend itself to more than one can you please fix it, please fix it soon, I can't play the game, message.

I don't know enough about it to know if the putty app code needs changing or the server address in proxifier which is what l use. There is an IP setting there though l'm guessing the 127.0.01 on port 1080 socks 5 is directed to the wowgw putty proxy IP.

The putty app is what needs changing. It is what sets up the tunnel and enables us to use it. The IP address in proxifier is for the gateway.

EDIT: Just to clarify the above statement since I've decided it doesn't read well -
The IP addresses for the servers/tunnel definition is on internode's side. It may be housed in the putty app but the putty app may also just point to a list of addresses which are in a file or app on internode's servers. Either way we cannot fix it ourselves.

I'd take any word at all on this right now. Yes, No, Will take a week. It's getting to the stage where I can't even chain skills together and I haven't left Theo since the gateway stopped working.
