If you can get some real traditional style lemonades (not the fizzy stuff), they work better than cordial for adding a little flavour to water.

Also, water must be chilled.

Mmmmm lemonade...chilled water is awesome and the devil at the same time, sensitive teeth you see.

I'm in the same boat, I've been over doing the soft drinks for way too long now, and I kinda realised that they were kinda like my 'gateway drug' to other junk food (and I've been drinking the diet stuff too, so it's not just the sugary kind)

In the end I just decided to stop being a whiny princess :shock: about drinking only flavoured stuff

Iced tea is pretty good, my sister got me one of the jugs from t2 so i usually have some in the fridge because its easy to make up and delicious.

It's been said before but nothining beats water. I love water but it has to be out of the fridge not straight from tap, (water & ice FTW),my kids love cold water too and we have four jugs in the fridge at any one time which I'm constantly filling.

Three years ago I was drinking 4ltrs of Diet Coke a day I knew it was bad so i weaned myself off coke and onto water, now I struggle to drink half a 600ml of coke and feel bloated afterwards.

Yeah that was suggested to me last night, i'm gonna have to give it a go, never drunk tea or coffee so never thought to try it!

Tell me about it, I work from home and I use to start my day by walking to the servo/ supermarket whoever had the specials on Coke....others would be waliking with the paper under thier arm, I had shopping bags of 2 ltr DC.
