For me, Hemo rage helps with a lot of things, Helps with muscle development, I seem to be getting more ripped, more quickly, Helps with recovery, I can do 2x as much in my week and feel completely fine, I can push myself harder in the classes.
If I was just drinking coffee I'd not be even able to do 30 push-ups I reckon, gross... Milk right before a workout lol.
Some people obviously don't believe in the stuff, For financial ways, Trying to make reasons why it sucks because they can't afford it, Because it simply doesn't work for them, And people who suffer side effects.
So just try a few and see how you go, But I swear by taking supplements.
