I'm making this to record and share what i've been hitting at the gym :)

Crossfit Session

Backsquats - warmup to 70% of 1RM - 50kg working weight for me

30seconds wall walks - for those that don't know, think of a handstand against a wall whilst tapping alternate shoulders with your arms

30seconds 61cm box jumps

5 Rounds increasing weight on back squat

50/40/11
55/39/17
55/34/16
60/35/14
60/30/11

solid session, really sore hamstrings at the moment, need to keep stretching them out.

Do you use DailyBurn at all? Its what I've been using to keep track of routines/weight lifted etc. easily linkable too.

I went to check it out, but it wasn't on the App Store; http://medicalprod.com/ifitness.html Its been removed, permanently by the looks.

Anyway sounds very similar to Dailyburn. DB can track weight, exercise, diet etc. its free but you pay for a "Pro" version which I haven't needed to date. They also have a weird but cool app where you take a photo of you food and it estimates the calorie breakdown of it.

iFitness has been off the market for some time now, but it has been replaced with FullFitness... exact same app but with a new colour scheme (which looks horrid), and maybe a couple more exercises and features but nothing that I've noticed (still use iFitness over FullFitness)
