Backsquats - warmup to 70% of 1RM - 50kg working weight for me
30seconds wall walks - for those that don't know, think of a handstand against a wall whilst tapping alternate shoulders with your arms
30seconds 61cm box jumps
5 Rounds increasing weight on back squat
solid session, really sore hamstrings at the moment, need to keep stretching them out.
