Okinamiyaki is an awesome lunch go to a japanese grocer pick up some okinami sauce and the recipe will be on the bottle. Cook them up then reheat in a sandwich press cover with sauce and enjoy the delicousness. they are also fairly healthy if you can resist cramming them full of bacon. :)

I find them bland, small and intensely unsatisfying TBH.

I'm a big fan of simple meat, pasta, sauce combo for lunch.

say chicken and spaghetti or healthy meatball and pasta. So easy to make a couple of different varieties in a batch then alternate between the 2 for the week.

Leftovers can sometimes be really good lunch ideas for work the next day. Say you make a pasta bake, potato bake, meatloaf, rice, stir fry, etc. All of that can be saved into a small container with rice/pasta/bread and eaten hot or cold (depending which dish) or in a sandwich the next day :)
