How many calories ?

I went for a jog a short time ago and had a fly buzz its' way into my mouth and down my throat.

How many calories in a fly ?

Yes, i insta vomitted.

Better the throat than up the nose or in the ear, there's your motivation to stop mouthbreathing when you run

I have had a fly in my ear before :shock:

I have issues with my nasal passage - eg i can't get enough air intake. So i need to have the mouth open

I too would like to know this as I swallowed a fly this morning. Hopped on the scales tonight and I have put on a little weight.
