Well I had Hungry Jacks last night after the photos were done. I had a large Whopper meal with Angry Onions (which are epic btw...) + strawberry Fanta and a Whopper Jr. Bad idea. I was up until 5:30 AM in bed/on the toilet, honestly waiting to die, at home alone in serious
touble. It's not so much that I was just simply feeling sick, but at one point my stomach was in so much actual pain that I was considering checking myself into hospital to get my stomach pumped. No ****, I'm usually the kinda guy that would try and walk off a broken leg, but it was that bad. Probably a combo of the food, being dehydrated and all the other sugar and coffee I'd had during the day. I still don't feel 100% but I've improved a **** load and learnt a very valuable lesson... next time don't get the Angry Onions
And now for the part we've all been waiting for.
It's been a tough road. Not only physically but mentally too. I'm pretty happy with my results but I wish I trained a bit smarter this year. I can't help but think that if I did, those pictures would look better... nah **** it. I'm just an impatient ****, and I want it all now! I'm sure that many of you gym-goers know where I'm coming from
