so this was done and dusted a few weeks ago, and was an absolutely mental day, and i loved every minute of it.
Event 1 8 min AMRAP 25m shuttle run 3 kettlebell swings at 24kg 25m shuttle run 3 pullups add 3 reps every round completed.
total reps completed 93.
Event 2 Squat Clean and Jerk Ladder being at 40kg finish at 95kg 5 kg increments 20 seconds to perform the lift 10 rest
Got the 60 overhead. Got under 65 and got up, couldn't get it locked out overhead
Event 3 Max Reps Front Squat 60kgs from the ground 3 minutes
15 reps completed, happy with that actually, was only aiming for 10
rest 60 seconds begin
Event 4 7 min Time Cap 2 rounds 30 toes to bar 30 deadlifts @ 60kg
65 reps completed. I tore off 2 callouses during the toes to bar
i placed 38/39. and i'm honestly not fussed by that, i competed in the division that i thought i was capable of being in by what coach said that the standards were. He said i wasn't allowed in beginners, so i went into intermediate.
