Damage Reduction runes

So, I've used DR runes before and noticed that for a high-level character... the DR granted was rather useless. It was 5/+1 or 10/+1... perhaps, to make the DR function worth the money, it should be bumped up to, say, 10/+5? There's a fair few high-level beasties that don't have +5 enhancement bonuses I noticed, but of course, many have high enough to pierce the DR, so I think +5 is a good middle ground. Perhaps even to 15/+5, but no higher. But also no lower than 10 since 5 would do basically nothing still :P

Thoughts? I'm curious if there's a reason the DR was put at so low of an enhancement bonus. (At least goblins can't hurt you :P )
