It's called running in oil for a reason. If not it would be called "change from stock oil to go on long trips during running in stage" oil.

Mm.. true.. I'll just vary my revs on the massively long trip and see how it goes, then just find a service center in Sydney to just do the first service lol.

Why not just drive it around Adelaide before going on a trip? 1000km will rack up pretty quick.

I no doubt will end up doing that, I'll take it on a few trips upto Morgan and that should bring it up. All depends on if I need to take leave or not =P
