The features of the Wild Wasteland trait really should have just been added to the game, it's not game changing. All the trait does is add quite a few pop culture references to the game, like a landing Alien spacecraft near Horowitz Farmstead, a fridge laying on the ground just outside Goodsprings which has a skeleton wearing Indies hat, a reference to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
I also noticed two burnt bodies in Niption, named Owen and Beru, a reference to Star Wars.

Anyway, once activated, this mod forces a re-selection of two traits, and Wild Wasteland is activated by default, as it should be in my opinion. :P

Yeah, exactly what I thought. Atleast I was correct with the references I found.

that's really **** annoying. the trait description made it seem like crazy **** was going to be going down all the time. **** like 100x stronger enemies, or multicoloured people; stuff that would get annoying or ruin the experience. those additions are really cool.

Bit of a necro for a dormant thread but I've had a revival of sorts with New Vegas, especially as the new DLC (Honest Hearts has just been released)

For those who enjoyed New Vegas Bounties, here is the sequel, shockingly named New Vegas Bounties 2

I've replaced my upgraded Novac hotel suite to a completely new Underground Home. Awesome new HQ with weapons display racks, mannequins to display clothing, and a ton of stuff. Definitely the best home I've seen out there.

A bunch of weapon textures to replace the bleh vanilla ones.

Current top file at Nexus is a new companion mod named Willow. A very well put together companion mod with full dialogue, quests and features. I currently have Willow as my only companion and she probably will stay that way.

That's her in the background. I'm using the Kerberos armour mod from the Jin Roh anime.

best realism mods are
arwens tweaks and all of her realism mods

if u like having to actually survive in the wasteland rather than jsut stroll along popin caps

this is a must for any1 wanting some realism in FO3 and NV.

i am surprised no one mentioned Project Nevada

granted by now anyone sane would already have their own choice of bullet time mods and what not other mods that made real time gunfight much more tolerable in Fallout 3 and NV, but i half expected someone to mention Nevada.

So I've finally got around to fixing this. Turns out you need to name containers to actually be able to open them.
