After all the patching I've had no problems with it on PC at all.

I've had no crashes and the only graphic stutter I noticed so far was walking into the Garretts Casino, the Atomic Wrangler. Other then that, every thing runs fine.

Or you could buy it on PC.

Haven't crashed yet on PC. Compared to Fallout 3, it is extremely stable on PC.

Have only come across two bugs, both of the easily worked around. Occasionally a small Brak Scorpion will get stuck in a hill, but they usually free themselves after a bit. Also the VATS shooting into the cover that wasn't blocking you in first person view is still there, so you need to not go into vats behind cover.

The console releases of Fallout 4 seem extremely poor in comparison, as they have no modding + stability bugs. So where's Devil's Advocate now? :P

Believe me, that's the intent. However, my current PC can't run Fallout 3, let alone Fallout: New Vegas. That being said, I'm ordering parts for my new system, so I hope to experience the PC difference very soon. :D

Since the last time, (actually right after my msg above I had a crash  ) I've had a couple of crashes, after some bugs that happen but in all honesty I do have a couple of different mods on and you just can't be sure they don't cause problems but when it was just Vanilla it ran great.

Plain wrap with Caravan items.

1 ctd and the videos lag badly, I should lower the res from max or get a better video card apart from that it does have some issues with path finding and the saloon patron does sometimes stand on a stool.

I've had a few crashes and now solved frame issues. The game auto-saves frequently though so it hasn't been a big nuisance.
