How can I install Fallout 3 without the DVD, I have a CD-Key but no DVD ):

AFAIK my copy of Fallout 3 does not have a cdkey, or at least not one that was required during installation. All I did was put the dvd in and press install and it started installing.

So I don't think that you will be getting anywhere without a physical copy of the game.

As I understand it, the CD-Key is for Games 4 Windows Live registration (getting trophies etc), not for the installation. I dont think there's any legal way of installing the game without the dvd (unless of course you buy it over Steam...).
