Yeah I noticed that. When I got it I was thinking how is sending your radiation resistant friend in there to turn it off bad?
I must say I am looking forward to palying through the rest of the wasteland now and getting my character over level 20 There is now a chance that I will be able to make to 100 points for the lockpick skill

The first time I finished Fallout 3 I only did the main quest. I got to something like level 7 before finishing.
