Anybody know if you can use the here and now perk when you hit level 20 to push yourself to level 21?

I seem to recall that it is removed as an option when you get to lvl 20.

no idea, but i find it interesting that when you hit lvl 20, it has the xp thingy go up to lvl 21, but you just don't gain any xp anymore.
