510 / gore fix don'twork anymore??

hi y'all,

just a quick question for all of you who might know.

i ended up buying the aussie censored version of this game around xmas. had a lot of fun with then too, but as the passing was recently released as free dlc, i have started playing again.

question is, the hacks i made at the beginning of the year, ie 510, making it read only etc, dont seem to enable to gore anymore. has anyone else experienced this, or are you 510's still able to get all them zombie gibs?

You need to change the app I'd after every update.

i understand that i have to update the appid's after each update, and i have done so but i'm still not seein those zombie gibs

I played through the Passing on 510, was working fine. I did have to change both appIDs back though. And remember to run it from the exe not through Steam.

hi, thanks that was what i was doing wrong, running it thru steam and not thru the exe!

I tried doing the AppID thing but it stopped me from playing online. I made a shortcut of the exe and stuff was there anything I am possibly missing?

Lets you change between the 2 modes and launch the game all in one. Just add it as a non-steam game to your games library.
