This went on for as long as I can remember. Until one day I snapped. I lashed out at the ring leader, that Miguel!"
"They said I was crazy, the others called me nuts. I had to take a psyche evaluation and was deemed unsafe to fit in with society. I was taken to a nearby mental institution."
"That was 10 years ago."
"I'm finally out now, but that matters little. Those doctors may have thought they cured me of all my rage... No... it was just hidden. Quelled until I was able to use this rage to my full potential."
"I just got out, now it is time to exact..."

"30 people. 30 men that had made my life a living hell. I don't even know why they did what they did, but that matters little now. All that matters is that all these people feel the same pain and suffering I once did. Even if it means taking them all to their graves a little earlier than expected."

Ok guys, I've been brewing up this idea for a bit. As the story goes, the main character (I'll call him Max, but thats not his official name.) is a kid who grows up in a school in his last year. But these kids are cruel to Max. They do all kinds of things to make him angry, and eventually Max pops and ends up coming at the ring leader, Miguel, with a knife. He lands a cut on his face, but the rest subdue him and he's taken to a mental hospital to get treatment.
The doctors think he's fixed up 10 years later, but hardly is he OK. The only way that his wounds can heal is from the deaths of all 30 people he was bullied by. He wants to make them suffer.
Now this is an open world. You can do whatever you like. Exactly like has been said, this game is supposed to let you kill someone how ever you like. For example, If you wanna get in close and bash his head in, all you have to do is grab one of the many melee weapons, including mundane objects like urns, pots, a fork, etc, and go do it.
Your main objective is to kill everyone in your Year 12 school photo. But it doesn't have to only be that. You can do things like make money by working. What's working you ask? Well that can be anything. Mundane jobs like picking up trash or operating heavy machinery are available as an honest amount of money. You could sign up with the police and get in some action and get paid for it. Maybe get in with one of the mobsters or gangs and get money from there. Maybe just rob people, or banks? Up to you.
Obviously your money is used to get you your weapons. You will be able to get normal weapons from gun dealers around, but the best weapons are on the black market, and can only be accessed if you know where to go. I'm sure all those seedy people know where it is. You can also use money to change yourself cosmetically, different clothes, or even buy things like new cars and the like.
But you might think your a contemptible sneak. Not only can you pickpocket cash off people on the street, you can sneak into people's houses and take their stuff to sell, or even sneak into enemy warehouses and take some guns from their caches.
But all this has its bad points. Say you rob a house, if someone sees you do it, and you leave the scene without doing something about that witness you will gain Notoriety. Pickpocketing or sneaking into someone's house will gain you little notoriety, police will only care if you still in the area. Ditch that place and then some of the heat will die down and you can easily walk the streets.
Things like robbing people with weapons, stealing cars or assaulting someone will gain you medium notoriety. The cops are on high alert, but if you can dodge them long enough, I'm sure they'll eventually give up looking for you.
Murder and use of heavy weaponry will result in large notoriety. The cops know who you are. And they're looking for you. They won't stop till they find you. Only way to kill the heat is with some kind of disguise, or pay one of the crooked cops to provide some false information about the "supposed" killer.
Of course, if there are no witnesses, or video cameras, or the video for the cameras have been taken out, then you need not worry about notoriety, as there is nothing to link you to the crime. Well isn't that just grand?
These 30 people that need to be killed can be done in ANY order. (Except the first one, as he will be part of the tutorial.)
I might have more, but I can't think of anything else at the moment. What do you guys think?
