That style of question has nothing to do with "being hacked", unless you're getting keylogged because you browsed something you shouldn't have then it's virtually impossible to lose your account, it shouldn't even be possible for someone to get your login let alone ferret out your password through your email address/facebook.
Don't browse questionable content, don't sign up to forums using your MMO email, problem solved... nobody is stealing your stuff without direct access to the Blizzard servers and that isn't happening, anyone who can do that is more interested in credit card fraud that your virtual items.
It won't be a problem is Diablo soon anyway, with no BoP setting on items the economy is just going to collapse anyway.
