Diablo III Hotfixes Address Auction House Bugs, Increases Drop Rates

Unread postby News Portal » 1 Jul 12, 4:50 pm

A pair of recent hotfixes have addressed bugs with the Diablo III Auction House, as well as some Town Portal and item identification bugs. Item drop rates have been increased in acts III and IV of Hell difficulty, and all acts of Inferno difficulty also. Bosses are now guaranteed to drop at least 1 Rare item for players with 4 stacks of Nephalem Valor, and at least 2 Rare items for players with 5 stacks of Nephalem Valor.

I choose to not believe that. I woke up this morning to find that I had sold 5 crummy sub lvl 25 items in the space of 10hrs for $3.55 profit. Slow and steady... I am in no way farming at high levels... of my 5 characters, 1 is at the beginning of Nightmare and most of the others are at the start of Act 3. Goes to show there is a RM market for low level items and there are people who will pay $1.50 to $2.50 for them.

I wouldn't believe it either as I made it up as a joke :P

If the Diablo AH is anything like the WoW AH, people will buy all sorts of things.

If the rate I'm selling stuff continues, I should have enough to purchase the Diablo 3 expansion when it comes out
