well that's true, sometimes we do have to settle for B-grade. The game itself is probably good enough to buy, but I didn't because I didn't want to support where EA wants to take things.Goric wrote:Battlefield 3 has sold over 15 Million units since launch, surely it can't be that bad.
you yourself just used CoD as some kind of derogative, want to know how many copies that has sold?
P.S. those games were bad too...

Bad to who? you?
Goric wrote:If you've got them handly that would be good. I can't find exact figures only that MW3 hasn't sold anywhere near as many as Black Ops did so that shows the CoD franchise is in decline whereas Battlefield is on the up an up.
Yeah for Battlefield!

you're kidding me right? MW3 has sold over 20 million copies on 360 and PS3 alone and mw3 has outsold black ops on each console respectively

but really this is irrelevant anyway, just trying to demonstrate that sales != quality.

They spend hundred's of millions on advertising. Its an investment into selling copies as people are going to buy the game whether its good or not if they are constantly spammed with adverts telling them its the messiah come again. Besides, as a perfect example, look how many of us got tricked into buying Diablo 3! Ha.
