Final Beta Weekend for The Secret World - This Weekend!

The final beta for The Secret World is running this weekend, from 2AM Saturday morning, Sydney time. This last beta test will introduce their new PvP experiences, along with all content from previous betas. It's important to note that this beta is open to everyone provided they register before June 22, so if you have your eye on giving it a try before you buy, you've got around twenty-four hours or so to put your name down. I've been playing the closed beta and I'm quite enjoying it, probably more so than SWTOR for the whole immersion thing. Sure it sucks that your main character doesn't speak which is a step back from SWTOR but everything else just feels good. For anyone who's played The Longest journey series, you'll find some similar 'fantastical' elements such as the world tree and other artistic designs.

Anyway, anyone else playing this? Hopefully they improve base level character customisation. Lots of people running around with the same faces.

I got this email but the time is most likely early morning so I will be sleeping when the entire event goes down. It prob isn't worth downloading for one weekend unless its not that big a size (i.e. not SWTOR).

Yep pay to play at this stage, although similar to Age of Conan i'm guessing it will be up until the point they recoup most of their development costs.
