To be honest its not really good enough, They should get their RGSC banned. Ive already submitted quite a few people using the bloody "invincibility hack". I take this matter very seriously as it ruins the experience for the rest of us.

In the future I hope there will be a law against cheating in online gaming and those caught and proven guilty will have to pay a fine or get sent to jail.

While I get that you find it frustrating (who doesn't), that's a wee bit excessive. I'm all for banning anyone found cheating, and if possible remotely deactivating their game entirely for breach of the EULA.. but I think a fine and gaol is over the top.

Also, why is it everyone uses jail these days rather than gaol :/

The abuse thing was in relation to you being allowed to abuse someone over the internet anonymously with no repercussion. Laws have already changed, I have to state ‘anonymously’ now... Because if you abuse someone over FB for instance, you are held culpable for your text.

That, I can agree with. The absolute obscene, vulgar and damaging comments which lead to that demanded something be done. But I honestly can't put the two in the same league. If someone wants to aimbot/wallhack, I'll change servers or submit a report to try and get them banned... but if someone seeks out posts related to deaths of friends/family and trolls with vulgar, hatred-filled obscenities on someone's FB page while they're mourning the loss of a loved one, I think that requires harsher penalties and ownership.

I can actually see this working. It slows down the return of hackers to the main game, especially if they aren't too obvious about "You have been teh haxz0r".

False positives will happen, but how is this worse than being banned entirely? There's a reasonable chance there is an appeals process.

I vote for a 3 strikes rule.
Get sent to cheaters bin for 3 confirmed reports (Most cheaters seem to get back in after a while)...
After the 3rd confirmed cheat on an account (and yes "I was hacked" or "my imaginary little brother" counts to the 3) then the cdkey/account is marked invalid/stolen and can never be used again.
If your bad enough to need to cheat or stupid enough to leave your account details out for the whole world.. well the cost of buying another copy of the game might just teach you something.
