THQ Shuts Down San Diego Studio Amid Confusion of E3

THQ announced at E3 that they were passing the rights to the UFC franchise to EA. What they didn't announce was that as a result of this, THQ's San Diego studio, who were working on the next UFC game, are no longer needed and have been shut down. The closure of the studio was eventually confirmed by THQ after being made public, leading Kotaku to speculate that it was done quietly in the hopes of being buried under E3 announcements.

THQ in a whole lot of financial trouble it seems, at the very least more than what everyone thought by the looks of it.

There's no way THQ could have made the game any better than they already made it, 3 games, Barely any changes, Game was getting worse not better.
