Would be nice if they didn't abolish single player features like the ability to play offline :o

Exactly. Not saying the multiplayer folk should be given the stiff and all the online features abolished. Would be nice if all the single player folk didn't get the sharp end of the stick just for multiplayer reasons though...

For me the best thing about these games are ONLINE all the time ow yes baby. I use to love all the FPS but hackers just stopped my from enjoying the games till the point where I stopped even buying them.

Is it a single player or Multi well you can play it as you choose really but to know all your fun ( gear, time) whatever you call it is as safe and sound and untochable from Hackers is WIN for me.

Cheers Blizzard

Yeah and car alarms and engine immobilisers stop cars being stolen.

I'd like to see anywhere in the game it mentions 'single player'. By default if you start playing by yourself any of your friends can drop in whenever they want.

Blizzard made an amazing online multiplayer game that has the option to be played solo. Launch issues were fairly minor for us. Most people were in playing within 2 hours of launch. Australia is fortunate that our peak playing time is early AM for the US players

#D3 Servers will be undergoing restarts for the Americas. Downtime should be minimal, expected 15 minutes.

Yeah, was in the middle of a game when I got the server disconnecting in 5 mins message. Thank **** I found a checkpoint just before quitting.

This is the first big release game I've played with an online connection required for the single player element (other than Splinter Cell Conviction). This definitely makes me think twice about games requiring this feature, or at least waiting for a week or two until all the bugs are ironed out.

I went down town, came back and servers had gone boom.
Gee I wish I could play my singleplayer game without a login server :P

What hours do you work? I've been having issues up until around dinner and then things seem to go smoothly. Except Tuesday, but that will likely be the exception...even managed to get on fine this morning and log an hour before work.
