[app=8826]Wasteland 2[/app] has hit its impressively high bonus target of $2.1 million, at last. That means that Chris Avellone from Obsidian will be signing on to co-develop, saying on Twitter that he "can't wait to get started." There are further bonuses and surprises if the total keeps going up, so head on over and show your support for a classic. It's also worth noting that the Wasteland 2 project is part of the Kick It Forward initiative and will therefore pass on 5% of all it's profits to another Kickstarter project when the game is finished and released. That could end up being a huge amount, so make sure you throw them your money then if not before.
