Denis Dyack Hints at Eternal Darkness Sequel

In a recent interview with GamesIndustry.biz, veteran game developer Denis Dyack hinted at his company's future plans, stating that Silicon Knights staff are currently beavering away on a new game from their 'most requested' IP.

While it's conceivable that Dyack was referring to the long-awaited second instalment in the Too Human trilogy, it seems far more likely that a proper sequel to the cult hit [app=8836]Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem[/app] is finally on the cards...

Hell's yeah.

Eternal Darkness has come up *so* many times as a unsung master piece of game design.

The experiences they offered in that game were truly unique at the time and I haven't seen them repeated in others.

Would *love* to see a HD remake. Game deserves another shot at greatness.
