Yep I was waiting for the 'nominal' then I heard 'online' and was wtf?

Guess they changed that when they gave the Atlas jumpjets (something else I never knew they had).

atlas does NOT have JJ
its equipped with a special set of disposable thrusters
gets it to the ground safely and is dumped

also the developers have stated that the All systems online will be All systems Nominal but were unable to get it for the trailer due to time constraints
(id assume the actress was unavailable)

Teaser doesn't show much, unless that is in-game graphics of the cockpit (which is very detailed).

Except if you ever made your own mech, or,individual ones that poped up in stories that had been customised for them.

Atlas (BattleMech) Variant:
AS7-K3 - A modification of the K2, the K3 removed the two Streak SRM-6 launchers and replaced them with three jump jets and a Streak SRM-4 launcher, giving the AS7-K3 incredible maneuverability.

First referenced in Record Sheets: 3085 Unabridged - The Cutting Edge, p. 156

This however naturally occurs LONG after MWO timeline so it is not likely the one seen in the video, as others have said it's most likely an Atlas strapped with the drop equipment, though to be fair there have been no material that ever referenced an Atlas as being viable to be dropped in that manner.

Someone pointed out to me today that it wasn't an Atlas using jets but in fact a hot drop.
