Don't know what you're smoking but there was an ammo counter in the first part, looked like he was picking up ammo from the guys he'd killed, no different to any other FPS.

I'd say the health and arrows were because it was on the easiest difficult or something, doesn't make for "interesting" gameplay to show off if you die a dozen times. Either that or it was running with infinite health for the demonstration, happens all the time when devs are showing off their games.

The bit with the bomb was pretty funny, he was like 5 metres away and it didn't do anything beyond knocking him over, must have been a really **** bomb.

To me this game looks like it will be a blast but I bet you it will get RCed and the devs will bend backwards to "fix it" and we will get a butchered kiddie safe version with disappearing enemy's and happy smiles bullets and rainbow blood...

From the looks of things the taking of drugs was accidental and didn't do more than create the atmosphere for the cave and doctors house scenes. Seemed more like the guy was freaking out about it rather than getting any benefit.

Max Payne had 'drug use' where he was forcibly injected with substance which made him trip out..that didn't get banned. Like Fryzie said, it looked he accidentally got into the 'shrooms and tripped out as a result. I don't think it's going to be an issue.

The trailer still hasn't entirely convinced me. It looks like there is a much improved storyline element which was sorely missing from the Far Cry series. But the AI looked incredibly stupid and the player seemed like an invincible commando or something.

I wouldn't worry too much about taking this video as the actual game difficulty, it was probably a dev playing through quickly to try and give a sense of the atmosphere and story elements. Hopefully that 'peripheral vision wannabe' arrows thing is exclusive to easy mode.

Also, the way the characters and weapons move is very similar to Crysis.. what engine is this built on?

Remember its made for consoles too, you cant have a game to complicated for a console ....

Want to see healing wounds and brush fires again, and also the weapon jamming and stuff from Far Cry 2.

Other than that it looked pretty cool... here's hoping it doesn't bomb again.
