Is there confirmation that the 'cinematic' stuff is being done by the same development house?

The new Deus ex for example has lots of similar movies and pics up, but theyre made by completely different people to the ones making the game itself

Read this on a few sites. The cinematic plays as a dark, story-focused ActionRPG... then the gameplay reviews are coming out that it plays much faster paced and more like Dead Rising than anything else.

I believe the cinimatic was done by another team. I also heard the games nothing like the cinimatic and it's more like Dead Rising then anything.

Sooo... what? it's going to be another running marathon game with no time to look around or?

Really not interested in another dead rising type game. At least, not one without emphasis on fighting to survive instead of running. Not to mention time limits making me rush the game even more and miss out on half of the secrets and killing any urge for exploration.
