I've been enjoying the 360 version of the game quite a lot.

I'm actually new to the series for some reason - but I'm really enjoying it.

I'd have liked it if it were a touch scarier, but having said that it's still a bit freaky at times. I've had a few spooks!! Plus some gross-outs!

The inability to fire while moving is annoying (but I understand the games have always been like that). Plus selecting items in the heat of battle can be a nightmare - so many times trying to pick an item and dropped it, or else used the wrong thing - sigh.

Oh and re-loading in the heat of battle totally sucks cause you stand there like a defenceless infant!

Anyway overall good game and roughly agree with 4 star reviewer rating - I'd give it about 7 or so out of 10

First of all, RE is a horror serie and yet We Australian had to go though a lot of troubles to play these sort of games due to censorship. I finished the game and got something to add to the review

1. Story line & script: 7/10, Jill is the only surprise factor (If I was Wesker I would have implanted the mind-controller & injected her with G-virus, since she is very well-trained.Chris would have to face a dramatic fight since he came all the way to look for her. Besides, I was expecting a lot more, deeper concept of "X"-virus.

3. On PS3 I could only play on 720P which is a waste since my LCD TV can handle 1080P

Isn't she immune to the G-virus after being infected and then vaccinated by Carlos in RE3?

Anyways, awesome game but definately not a "true" resident evil game. Hopefully RE6 will go back to it's roots.

Maybe X, Y, Z ... new types of viruses i guess they would have come up with new and more powerful virus this time

You can use the d-pad to select weapons depending on what slot an item is in inside your inventory.



Upgrade a weapon completely and unlock unlimited ammo for it if you are having issues.

I thought it wasn't too bad, but the whole stand-and-shoot thing just poop me to tears, and I gave up.

i didn't mind the game. mind u i love horror/thriller based themes when it comes to gaming. hence why i loved fear 2 more than others.
