Death Tank (Xbox Live Arcade Review)

Early February saw Warner Bros. Interactive announce the acquisition of Seattle-based developer Snowblind Studios. While everybody recognised the WB, not so many were familiar with the works of the developer.

All that is set to change, with the Xbox Live Arcade release of their latest, Worms-esque landscape shooter, the ominously-titled Death Tank. Whether this is a good thing to be known for is yet to be seen, but Matt Keller has checked it out, and reported back with this review.

i don't doubt that this would be fun, but the original scorched earth is probably still just as good. gameplay is more important than graphics, especially in this small arcade-type game set

Scorched Earth is still one of the best games ever IMO. I still love to play it.

I agree too. Scorched Earth is still great. MIRV Bombs are sweet! Just rerelease it with updated graphics. Hell someone should contact the creator and see if we can get some awesome ports of it!
