Clearly this new law is to not only prevent Blizzard releasing the Diablo 3 Real Money Auction House (RMAH) in that country, but to stop citizen's participating in the RMAH in other regions too.

South Korea haven't been a fan of this since it was announced. I'm not really surprised at this new law.
