Now follow these directions:
Create a folder on your webspace and call it 'sig' (without the ' ' ),
In that folder create another folder and call it 'images' (again without the ' '),
Also in the sig folder is where you need to place the script, when you have uploaded that script rename it to 'insertthenameofthesig.php' (You can call the sig whatever you want to call it, I just used 'insertthenameofthesig' without the ' ') and set its properties (or whatever it is called at 0755),
In the other folder called 'Images' that is where you place all of the images that you want to rotate.
Once you have done all of that you are basically done.
Now close your ftp, and go to your webspace. Find the php script and click on it. If it has worked it should be an image of your sig. Press f5 just to refresh and see if it rotates. If so then the link at the top is what you need to put in the sig area on the forums... Now do not use to link in your profile use
- Code: Select all
<img src="insert link here" />
Also Note: Using the above method, you do not need to edit the script in any way shape or form.
Welcome to the world of rotating images
