Need a Banner

Hi guys any photoshop guru's able to lend me a helping hand in crafting a nice header/logo for my new site?

I've toyed around with a globe in the background/middle and silouette muay thai fighters but I haven't been able to create anything that has been up to snuff.

Heres a rough guide what I'm looking for

Colors: blues,whites,greys,blacks

Topic: Muay Thai, Global, Travel,MMA

EDIT: sorry cant do it yet since windows 7 doesnt work with my xp working version of PScs4, wait till sunday or so ill see if i can get one done, i promise itll be good, this is one i made for XWT site earlier...
