Patch 1.4

Looks like Skyrim has been patched to 1.4, but for some reason I am still on an older version and Steam has not auto updated.
How do I update to 1.4?

verify game cache, should download the update. Unless you participated in the 1.4 beta, then the final beta version is the same as the released patch.

Cheers for help, worked a treat. Below I have posted how to verify for Steam Noobs like me.

Verify Game Cache:
1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the ‘VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE…’ button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
