A fearsome money launderer who excells at the classic boardgame "Guess Who". When he becomes very stressed a misalignment of his ear canal causes blood to leak from his ear. He plans to arm his minions with canisters of pink dye in order to destroy bond's reputation by colouring his hair. These plans were almost successful except he chose a poor day to implement his plan as it was breast cancer awareness day and bond had already dyed his hair pink.

Not only does she use her beautiful looks to make others see to her bidding, she also is unable to move her facial muscles, thanks to a botched surgery. It's because of this; she is able to out-stare anyone.

Dr 8 Ball wears what all evil masterminds wear, clothing made from animal skins dyed purple to show how evil he really is because we all know purple is the most evil color ever.
