Hunt is going to destroy Struve. I see this in Struve's future.

Struve is notoriously bad at using his height/range though, Roy lit him up and he's not much bigger than Hunt, and Hunts striking is much better.

same - and most of those presenters all train in various martial arts (maybe not ariel??)

I like Florian/Rashad/Bonner as commentators, even Randy Couture is a good voice/experience to have at the mic once in a while.

I think that Tito would also make good at the mic - I think the guys that deliver clear instructions as cornermen, would all make good commentators (maybe not ray longo)

Goldie/Rogan with Florian as a side would be a great setup imo Rogan/kenflo have the experience/knowledge Rogan/Goldie both get excited in their own ways and makes it a little more entertaining to listen to

I find his voice slightly grating because of it's TV announcer tone. Other than that I don't think the Anik/Florian team is necessarily any better or worse than the Rogan/Goldie team. I prefer Joe but I'm biased as I'm a fan beyond the UFC.

It's his fake tv voice that I hate, he just has a generic "I'm a sports announcer from the 90's" voice. I also find that when he's commentating the flow feels awkward, he's not nearly as good at colour commentary as Goldie is.

This^

Struve has no idea whatsoever how to use his range properly, he gets lit up in every single fight and that's not really an option against Hunt.

haha I'm guessing you didn't see his effort for Affliction, it was so laughingly terrible.

Given time the Anik/Kenflo team will get some real synergy going. I'd imagine it takes a while to develop the flow of Joe and Goldie.

HAHAHA no. No I had not. That's amazing and hilarious.

I still stand by him though, he's been far better than that in interviews/guest spots I don't think he'd suit a regular role like kenflo but I think there's less 'educated' guys (kenflo/rashaad) that when they're on the mic, they bring different and interesting stuff to say (just never let tito interview ever ever again hahaha)

How do fighters still not know this?

You can be the best fighter in the world, if you don't set up a takedown or a kick in any way then your **** is going to get KTFO, well... there goes my third pick for the series (in the first fight no less). Next week i'll lose either my first or second pick lol, might be a boring season after all, if Marcello wins next week then he'll just choke his way into the UFC.

That was a very awkward looking take down too...he almost looked like he was expecting a knee the way his head went.

Unrelated but still awesome:

Lawrence and Marcello are my first and second too, I have to go with Lawrence for the win though.

100% agree, Marcello was my #1. If he wins next week all aboard the guillotine train.
