Today, we have a special treat for you - a couple of treats, actually. Firstly, there's an update out now through Steam which tweaks not just one game, but four, bringing with it fixes for Team Fortress 2, Half-Life Episode One, Half-Life Episode Two, and Portal! (Admittedly, most of the changes are for TF2, but the other games do get a look-in.)

Before you can grab that though, you'll have to make sure your Steam client is up to date, because there's a new update out for that one, too.

Force-A-Nature & Flamethrower air blast knockback effects no longer work on disguised spies.

Just why do they keep giving spies advantages, because of raging spies that aren't happy when they get found out?

I think it was critting when it shouldnt of been, ie. the neck or just below the head

The Ambassador being "fully accurate" likely means when it's not on its semi-cooldown state. If you spam it it loses a bunch of accuracy and damage, where if you wait a few seconds between shots it's very accurate, very damaging.

You can still set us on fire, you just can't blow us away. Only when we are disguised.

yea, found it odd that i couldn't kill a heavy with a huntsman when i hs them =(

My favourite method is fire-axe 'em to death if I light 'em up. Since the natural reaction of a lot of spies seems to be to attack once they've been lit up they'll drop the disguise and become puntable pretty quicly...

No mention from Valve on why the have introduced Levels for weapons, and what those Levels are going to do (except ruin the game

....unless you like FPSRPG's).

Yes but Spies on fire tend to be annoyed Spies who'll facestab me.

Levelled weapons still seems like a bug/incomplete implementation. You'd think they'd've announced what was going on if it was intentional.
I want a level 100 Sandvich.
