it's been a damn long time since i last checked but i haven't heard of news of them.

Jagged alliance 3 has been basically cancelled a few times by the publisher now due to rubbish quality.

At least one of the versions has been released under a different name, but it was pretty bad (Hired Guns - the jagged edge).

The games been cancelled so many times now its basically vapourware
